Size is blocked at 3.8 TB but should be unlimited

Hi,

I am using Box as backup for my NAS.
I have the standard business subscription which has unlimited storage.
On my Synology it now tells me that it stopped syncing because of max size limit reached.

How can this be and how can I resolve this as I purchased an unlimited subscription.
