    Thank you for your comment.

    My name is Kuk from cocone Corporation.

    We are currently conducting a trial,

    but we have been granted 3seats and when we add one new member,

    we are getting the following error message.(See the above message )

    The member who got the error had a free account on Box.
    We think he could not be invited due to the above error, so I deleted the account.
    It has been a day since I deleted it, but the error did not change.

    Is anything we can do the fix this?
