Not received notification email with Box relay

Good morning from sunny Japan!

Sorry for bothering you, but could you give me a hand?

I've set new work-flow with Box relay to receive email when the file uploaded via file request.

However, it seems to dosen't work because there is no any confirmation email from Box in my mail box.
