Years ago, I got deleted some files, if I upload my account, can I get back those files?

  Hi there, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  Please note that when your files and folders were deleted you place them in Trash for a certain period of time, that default period is 30 days.

  I'm afraid we don't have a way to recover your files that was deleted years ago.
