2 step verification
回答済みWhen I log into my account it asked me for a 2 step verification from authenticator. Then when I go to authenticator the code does not work. It does not send a code to my email then asks for a backup code that I don't know what that would be. This is the first time this has happened. Please help.

Seems that 2FA is not enabled in your Box account. And perhaps are you referring to your alternate Box account? If so, please open your own ticket by using your affected Box email that way Product Support would be able to help address your 2FA issue.

I am not able to log into the box account that is affected. I cannot get past the two step verification. The email that is being used is ksayles@vmlawcorp.com
