回答済みI have a user I support who has an account with Box and is suddenly being presented with a prompt to enter 2-step verification. She never had to deal with that before. She can't even log into her account to set up 2-step verification. How can I open a support ticket to help recover her account or get 2-step verification disabled? Thanks.

We encourage the affected user to open her own ticket that way Product Support could address her 2FA issue.

My colleague is facing the same issue. He is prompted to the 2-step verification which he has never set up before. However, he cannot login to the system to change the password. How can he open his own ticket?
I am trying to open the ticket for him but i can't find anywhere i can do. Does Box have a support email?
