Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise
回答済みI signed up for 60 user Business Plus. All but 15 could not be imported, with Box claiming "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise" for them. Consequently I had those 15 users log into their Box account and cancel their accounts, anticipating this would let me add them to my Box admin console. I still receive the same message.
Can you please assist?
