Missing content regarding Mac package file format

I have some DataGraph files that are saved as package files *.dgraph. It seems that Box did not support the Mac package file format. When I opened one package, I found that some *.plist files in the "Graphs" folder were missing. In another package they are not missing. I can directly open some files in DataGraph, but some cannot be opened.  I wonder if it's possible that you have an archive of what was in the folders like "Graphs" so that I can find the content back.
