How to Change MFA number in Box account for myself

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to reset the MFA phone number we have set up as the phone number is no longer active. I can't login to account to change the phone number.

Why would you make this such a big secret? Why not just post the reply here? So many people ask this question and no answers. I need to change my number where and how?
