I have unlimited storage but when I'm trying to upload a file it says Account storage limit reached.

  Hi Ignacia, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

  Seems that your current storage limit is at 10GB and you've already used up your free space. At this rage, you may increase your curret limit by contacting your Box Administrator.
