    A colleague forwarded along an invite - should I be able to use it?  When I attempt to use it, I'm directed to create an account, but I already have an account.  Attempting to access / create an account then creates the message that my email is already in use.  

    How do I access the files we are trying to share?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

    Please make sure to login first before you accept the folder invitation. Also, you said that the invite was forwarded by a colleague.

    Can you also make sure your Box email was invited and not just an invite sent from another Box user forwarded to you.
