Regarding the issue that "Used Storage Space" does not change after deleting a file and the file cannot be uploaded.
回答済みIn my current account, "Used Storage" has reached the maximum limit of 10GB and I am unable to upload files.
I have deleted files larger than 1GB to solve this problem, but the "Used Storage" has not changed from 10GB yet, so I am still unable to upload files.
Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
