Issue with links not functioning properly

Hi,

I have a folder set with subfolders and files that all have password protected links associated with them. I did not set them up to have any type of expiry on them. We have shared these with external clients and everything was working fine. However, now when the externals try to click on the links they are getting an error indicating that the link has expired OR they are getting that the requested page does not exist. I have not moved these files or changed the shared links or passwords at all.

One item to note is that the external is taking the link and adding it it to a Google document that they then click on to access. She tried to see if she needed to open up a new window and put the password in but it still doesn't open. I really need to get this fixed ASAP as the external clients need to access these files. Can you please help?
