外部コラボレーターとしてのログインができない

社外から外部コラボレーターとして招待メールを受けて、

ログインを試みたが、「ログイン資格情報が無効です」と表示されて、

ログインすることができない状態。

どうしたらログインできますか？

  こんにちは

  私も招待した相手から突然強制ログアウトされそれ以降「ログイン資格情報が無効です」となり

  パスワード変更をリクエストしたが返信のメールもこないと言われています。

  その後この問題は解決しましたか？
