Hello 

I am trying to remove an old box account from my hard drive in order to replace this with my new account.

  You seem to have an issue logging out of your account and for more information, can you confirm the following? 

  • Are you trying to log out from your desktop Box application? Is there an error message? Please don't hesitate to attach a screenshot of your error for a closer look. 
  • Also, please confirm your Operating System and your current Box version.
