Box Status

if I enter part of old folder sharer's company name on google search line, it automatically fills the entire https line, and opens my personal box.com page

I shared a blue shared folder many month ago with this company. I do not have or see  that folder any longer. However, when I entered part of that company name, google automatically finished the entire line ( https://( company name).app.box.com) and opened my box.com page. I have contacted the company and asked who had access, or if they saw my entire box. page, but they didn't know why this was happening. I am worried if anyone has access to my entire page. Beside, why is this happening when I do not have the shared folder any longer? I cannot access box.com customer service. Help.

    You might want to check if you've bookmarked the Enterprise's Box log in URL.Try using your alternate browser to confirm. 

    Also, we recommend changing your password immediately if you think someone has access to your Box log in.
