Switching to Box Nonprofit

Hi,

Our nonprofit has been using a personal box account for some time, but we would like to switch to a non-profit business account.  We have a token obtained from techsoup and are a 501c3 organization.

When I attempt to sign up for the new account (non-profit Starter plan), the box interface takes me to the personal account upgrade page- which does not include the non-profit starter plan.

Can I switch a personal plan over to a non-profit starter plan (i.e. using the same email?).
