No Clear Instructions for Account Cancellation
回答済みI had no option but to create a Box.com account because I needed to upload documents to a company database that I wasn’t employed with. I kept getting follow up emails from Isabella in Sales and when I told her my situation she told me to email: cancel@box.com. When I emailed that address, I received a reply from Rosalie telling me to log into my account and follow the instructions to cancel so the “system can process it automatically”. There are NO clear instructions and I’ve wasted so much time searching this website trying to figure out how to cancel! When I search “account cancellation” I get re-directed to a bunch of articles filled with comments from so many people experiencing the same issue! I would like to CANCEL my account and not get charged for an application I’m not using!!!
