Restore Deleted Folder not appearing in Trash (deleted within last 4 days)

Hi

I am trying to recover a master folder as the back up copy is missing just short of 400 subfolders containing details of jobs our company is working on. Can anyone please help. None of these missing files seem to be on our trash.
