    Hi Morgan, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.

    1. Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
    2. In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.

      Note

      If you do not see this option, email cancel@box.com.

    3. Complete the survey and click Cancel My Account.
    4. Click Permanently Cancel My Account to confirm and complete the process.

    The account will cancel at the end of the service term.

    Thank you for your response, Rona. However, this doesn’t solve my problem. As I mentioned in my first comment, I accidentally signed up for a year vs a 14 day trial and my credit card was charged over $500. I am asking for the accidental subscription sign up cost charged to me for the year be cancelled and the charges be credited back to my account. Simply cancelling the account will not do that and per your note, I will still have the ability to use the full year because it doesn’t cancel until the end of the service term. I don’t want a year. I just want to get out of it and get my money back. Please let me know how you can help to remedy this. Thank you.
