回答済みThere is no help whatsoever here if you need a refund or need to downgrade. It is awful.

I have received the same exact email twice it doesn’t appear to be any kind of collaboration or offer any steps towards resolution. It’s just an automated email that does not actually indicate anything towards helping me resolve this situation which is NOT complicated at all. I understand there is easy Sales support but there is no support for two days around changing my plan.
