Uploaded wrong file and it does not let to be deleted

Please indicate how could we solve this issue as the deleting guides have not worked for us, or indicate us who could help us in the duke box

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

  Looks like your access to the folder doesn't allow you to delete items from it. If you need to delete a file, kindly reach out to the folder owner.
