I had access to the admin bottom down left. Button is no longer available. What can I do to get access to my billing information?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  You've posted in this forum using your free individual account. Since it's free you don't have a billing profile while Administrator access is only available for Business accounts.
