MS365 (Excel /POwerpoint) Not response with documents in BoxDrive

Hello, We have been experiencing a problem for a few days using MSOffice 365 and opening files with Boxdrive. When users open a document from the box drive directories, Powerpoint for example, Powerpoint goes into "Not responding" status and it is impossible to "Kill" the Powerpoint process. We are experiencing this problem on 2 pc at the moment. The Box Drive client is version 2.37.142 and MS365 version 2403 17425.20176
