Windows explorer share link not working

Hello. I am having issues creating folder share links. only 5% of my folders are able to create a share link. They were working up until about a week ago. I have reinstalled twice, went through registry edits, and nothing has worked.

  Hello. I am using w11 pro, and box version 2.38.173.
