I am unable to access a file that I was able to access yesterday.
I am forced to log out and when I try to log in I get an "Invalid login credentials" message.
I have requested a password change but have not received a reply.
No staff other than me have any problems.
The email address I have set up is fine.
The box administrator has not changed my settings.
Can someone please help me?
