Xero accounting complimentary (?) box account
Hi - I'm a Xero Accounting subscriber & am being directed through the Xero accounting software to a Box login page in order to save documents to be accessed through Xero. I believe I'm supposed to use the same login credentials to access the box account, but when I do that, I get an error message that the account can't be found. I contacted Xero support, who said that Box was the one who set up the "seamless" integration with Xero, so I need to speak with Box about this issue. When I go through the regular support contact form, I get a message from Box that individual accounts aren't supported. But I don't think this is an individual account, it's a corporate account for Xero. How can I contact Box's corporate support for the customer Xero Accounting?
