Double Step Authentication - Box not generating QR code for authentication app

Even though my double authentication was set up with text verification, it was not working - I was not getting a text to authenticate.  I decided to change to a verification app double authentication.  However, when I tried, and Box gave me two step instructions, in the first one, when Box generates a QR code for scanning - it did not generate it.  It seemed liked it was working on it, but it never revealed a QR a code so I cound not proceed to set it up.  How can I solve this

    Bonjour, j’ai exactement le même problème,

    Et je n’arrive pas non plus à mettre un téléphone comme mesure de double authentification, ni par mail, ...
