    If you’re unable to log in to BOX because you missed the verification email and don’t have the verification code, you can follow these steps:

    Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes verification emails can be mistakenly marked as spam. Check your email’s spam or junk folder to see if the verification email is there.
    Resend Verification Code: Try logging in again and look for an option to resend the verification code.
    Use Backup Codes: If you have previously set up multi-factor authentication and saved backup codes, you can use one of those codes to log in.
    Contact Support: If you still can’t access your account, reach out to BOX support for assistance. They can help you regain access to your account.
