I'd like to downgrade back to the free personal account - how is this done?

My current plan is Personal Pro.  I'd like to downgrade to the personal plan that's free.  But my only option seems to be cancel account.  I'm not sure of the implications of that, but I just want to revert to the plan I had a month ago.  Currently, there's no support and my only online options are to upgrade.

Help from the community would be appreciated.  Help from box would also be nice, but it seems unlikely.
