Credit card payment error

We tried to pay via credit card but fail again.
The reason is that some information are not correct, but all information we filled in were correct. And we also cannot learn what columns lead the trouble. The payment amount is $1080, and we are sure the credit card is available to use

Could you please check and solve this problem?
