2段階認証の認証コードが届かずログインできません

ログインの際に2段階認証の認証コードを求められますが、設定した覚えもなく、

自分のどのデバイスにもコードは届きません。解決策を教えて下さい。

  Hello

  My friend is being asked for a two-factor authentication code when he logging in. He doesn't remember setting it up, and the code isn't arriving on any of his devices. Can you help us to fix this?
