Managing Files And Folders From The Admin Console

Good afternoon,

We have a Box Enterprise account and I need to view all our file structures and size of each folder. I am the Admin on this account and have been unable to access the Content Manager to find all the folders? I can only see the folders that I personally have access to. I did see the note below when trouble shooting but as I said we have Box Enterprise so should be able to see all Folders?

Are you able to advise?

  Upon checking you are currently subscribe to a Business account. You can confirm this by going to box.com> Admin Console> Account & Billing.
