Need to add a user to our enterprise account
完了I created a free account with <personal information-redacted> and then deleted the account. <personal information-redacted> has been trying to add victor to our enterprise account but it keeps showing that email is in use, could you please get with Scott to help out to add victor to our Account ? Thanks.

During the adding of the account the admin should be prompted that an account already exists. Then if you submit anyway an email is to be sent to the existing user. That user has to agree to the change.
After that the account shows in your admin list. It'll have all the data the free account had tied to it so you might want to cleanup.
