Box Status

Need to open a ticket, cannot open files with local or web applications

At our Main location, I tried Box via the web browser, when I try to open a file, it tries to use Word on the Web, but can’t connect to the server and can’t open the file. This is the case for numerous people at this location. At our Prospect location, this is not a problem.
