Linked Account Disappeared

I had a linked account with and old school address. That account has now disappeared and I can't access those old files. How can I get my files back from the school account?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  If you can no longer access an account created through your school address. It's possible that the account has already been deleted. 

  To know its current status, please contact your school's IT or Box Administrator.
