Can't share a program folder

I need to add new program employees to the list of those who can view and edit content to the Boise NF 6800InformationMgmt Box folder. When I open the folder in Box, I cannot see who the owner is or see any links for sharing the folder with others on my staff.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
