    Hello,

    It seems you’re encountering a known issue where Box indicates that the storage is full (10/10 GB used) even though you can’t see the files that are taking up space. This could be due to files not being displayed, or space not being freed up correctly after deleting files. Here’s what you can do to resolve this issue: Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, the issue can be related to your browser’s cache. Clearing the cache might help refresh the storage information. Check the Trash: Ensure that you have emptied the Box Trash folder, as deleted files will still occupy space until the trash is cleared.

    Still nothing, I have cleared cache memory, empty trash in storage, but still full storage 10/10 :-/.
