    Hello,

    Your access to this content is restricted due to a security policy typically indicates that there are restrictions set by the administrator or the system that are preventing access to the content. Even if the owner has not changed any settings, there are a few possible reasons why this could be happening Confirm with the owner once more to ensure that no settings have been changed inadvertently and that they haven’t received any notifications about policy violations. Clear Cache and Cookies ,Try a Different Browser or Device, Check Account Permissions.
