Storage space calculator stops being accurate after short period of time when I delete files. Constant issue to call in and wait to have support run a script.

RUN SCRIPT TO FREE UP SPACE IN MY ACCOUNT PLEASE. Files seem to be double the sizes. Constant issue to call in and wait to have support run a "script".

  Hello, Storage is saying it is full when it is not. This is the 100th time, please fix and run script to refresh storage used... PLEASEEEE
