User left and need to delete data
回答済みThere is a group of us who use box to keep files on deals we are doing. One of our people has left the group and we would like to delete the folders they owned. I have tried to reset their password and log in as them to delete the data, but the reset password never arrives in their inbox (I have access to their email now.) How can I delete these folders?

To delete folder owned by a former member in box, you can transfer folder ownership > Go to admin console > click users and groups > find user who left and click their name > If you want delete delete user.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Looks like you're deleting the folder(s) owned by the user. At this rate, you can remove your visibility to the folder(s) by ending your collaboration access.
How To End A Folder Collaboration:
- Log in to Box.com go to your All Files page.
- Next to the name of the folder on which you wish to stop collaborating, click the ellipsis (...). Then, from the menu that displays, click More Actions.
- Click End Collaboration. Box removes you as a folder collaborator. At this point you cannot access the folder's contents unless the folder owner re-invites you as a collaborator.
