Track Formatting Changes - how to remove from Box view, and turn off permanently?

Hello,

I am trying to get the tracked formatting changes to NOT appear on my Box view. I turned off the track formatting changes in Word and even in the advanced settings, but they still appear within Box. 

Also, my track formatting changes are permanently on in Word every time I open any new document. Does anyone know how to disable that as the default? Thank you!!

    Hello,

    In Word:
    Turn Off Track Formatting:
    Go to Review > Track Changes > Change Tracking Options.
    Uncheck Track Formatting.
    Set as Default:
    Open Normal.dotm template.
    Turn off track formatting.
    Save and close the template.
    In Box:
    Re-upload the updated document to avoid caching issues.
    These steps should help manage tracked formatting changes in Word and Box.
