Business Plan and Storage - it keeps saying its full and should be unlimited

We just bought the Business plan to get unlimited storage and then checked the box to unlimited usage by users in the Enterprise Panel. Nevertheless, it is still saying that users reached max storage (10gb) although it was setup unlimited usage and business plan. Need support right now or I will cancel my plan because it is a lie.
