Hello.

I want to upgrade to the business plan, but I get an error.

"There was an error processing your request.

We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance."

I'm sure I filled in the information about the MasterCard I'm using and my address correctly.

I want to upgrade quickly, so I'd appreciate it if you could fix it as soon as possible.
