Can not open Ms Office application onto my desktop

When I try open MS office products to my desktop (as the online version on a Mac is not great) I get this message

 

I am also having problem open Indesign files without downloading them but the rest of the Adobe products seem to be fine. All these problems started last week Friday, before that I never have permission issues
