Unable to Upload Files Despite Unlimited Storage Allocation

I have an Enterprise account with Box, and I have allocated storage to my collaborators. Although I’ve assigned them unlimited storage (beyond the initial 10GB), they are still unable to upload more files to the platform. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
