Windows 11 on ARM Support
回答済みNow that Windows has launched its new AI PC with SnapdragonX Elite/Plus, Windows on ARM devices has become more prevalent than before. Yet, Box is still obsolete in supporting the future trend. Is ARM support being planned for release? As of now, I have no choice but to switch to OneDrive and convince people with whom I work to change their cloud storage to OneDrive because Box is unworkable. I used to prefer Box, but now I only use my work Box to store junk files.

Hi Rona,
You are correct. There is an IT team for my institution, but they said they can't configure Box to work on Windows 11 ARM64 devices. Indeed, for architecture-level coding, there's nothing a local IT team could resolve. As a result, I think this is the right platform to speak up about the current situation with Windows 11 on ARM computers. I understand that the development process for the Windows on ARM ecosystem will take long, so I'd rather bring the issue to your attention sooner rather than later.

I am having the same issue. Lawyers almost all use Windows operating systems and ARM devices make sense for lawyers because of the extended battery life and cell connectivity and many of us don't need the enhanced capabilities of an Intel processor to address video editing and gaming. Lawyers also extensively use cloud data hosts. So it is really unbelievable that Box is not ARM compatible. I am not a technical expert, but this makes no sense to me especially when the competition is generally ARM compatible. If there is something coming, please communicate better about what it is, timing, etc. Folks need to make decisions and service clients and this situation is not at all helpful.
