Stop Box Spontaneously Revoking Access To Folders

Almost daily, I am losing access to company BOX folders to which I have been given access.  The company admin has not made any changes and has repeatedly given me back access, only for Box to reverse it within 24 hours. Its not all folders and its not the same folder each time.
