Not able to see Managed Users on business domain for new Enterprise Account.
完了I just started a new Box Enterprise account and two of my colleagues on the same domain want to be added to the new account as Managed Users. I have tried to add them several times and the system won’t allow me to do it. Also, they don’t show on the admin console as users on our business domain. How can I add them to our Box Enterprise account? I was told the only way is for Support to help me.
