Changing Name on Saved Files

Hello, I am tasked with creating uniformity in the file names on this application.  I need to change the names on files already uploaded onto Box.  I do not see an option to rename.  Do I have to download the file, rename it, and upload back to box, and delete the former names file?  Seems like a lot but maybe the only work around.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

  You may want to confirm if you have 'Editor' permission to rename files or folders that you have access with. If not, you should reach out to the owner to modify your permission. Otherwise, you're left with the workaround you've mentioned.
